Registrations and cancellation fees
The amounts are in Euros and include VAT.
Registration for the event includes
- Certificate of attendance;
- Coffee break and lunch according to the program;
Cancellation Policy
Any bank charges incurred during the refund process due to cancellation will be charged to the participant.
If the cancellation request is made with a minimum of 15 days in advance of the event date, a full refund of the registration fee will be granted.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of receiving the cancellation request. To facilitate this process, the participant should attach the IBAN of the account to which they want the transfer to be made to the cancellation request.
All cancellations and/or changes to registrations must be made in writing to the event secretariat via email: ors2024@leading.pt
Final Invoice
The final invoice will be issued based on the details provided during registration (in the Billing step).
If you need a pro-forma invoice, we can provide one for you to process the payment within your institution's administrative procedures. Once we receive the payment receipt, we will issue the final invoice.
Insurance
The registration fee does not include participant insurance coverage for accidents, illness, cancellation, theft, material damage, or losses. Participants are advised to obtain appropriate personal insurance coverage.
